Dr. Felstead holds the Executive Director of National Professional Services, Inc., (NPSI) consisting of 7 national and international trade associations since 2010. Under the NPSI umbrella is the Housing Inspection Foundation, Association of Construction Inspectors and International Real Estate Institute in which Dr. Felstead hold the Certified Housing Consultant (CHC), Certified Construction Consultant (CCC) and Registered Property Manager (RPM) distinction.
Dr. Felstead experience includes over 9 years in the residential housing industry including Director of Customer Relations for Alta Verde Builders and Special Operations Manager for Pulte Homes and was instrumental in increasing customer satisfaction scores to within the top markets in the U.S. Dr. Felstead has taught part time at numerous colleges and universities and has written training manuals used in industry.
Dr. Felstead has earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Trident University International, an M.B.A. in Management/Human Resources, and B.A. in Marketing from California State University San Bernardino.
Mr. Larson has established an endless cache of business collaborations and has an extensive prospectus of contacts for the completion of any commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential management project. Mr. Larsons background consists of over 6 years in agricultural management, 6 years in heavy civil construction management and estimating in the Greater Los Angeles region and 14 years in the private sector property management and maintenance sector, specializing in commercial and industrial sites. Mr. Larson managed over 200 sites throughout Southern and Central California, AZ., and Las Vegas, NV.
Mr. Larsons experience continues with 9 years as facilitator with catering and beverage operations for Coachella Festival, Indio, CA., 3 years facilitator for the Track President at NASCAR event at Auto Club Speedway, Fontana CA., 8 years facilitator with catering and beverage operations for Stagecoach Festival, Indio, CA., and 7 years as facilitator with player operations for BNP Paribas Open Tennis, Indian Wells, CA. Additionally Mr. Larson is Logistics Lead with the American Red Cross Desert Region and Director of the Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District in Indio, CA.
Mr. Larson was educated at the University of California Riverside, is MSHA and OSHA Certified and a Certified Construction Inspector (CCI).
Mr. Moran is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist III and has over 18 years experience in the Environmental Health Department for the State of California - County of Riverside. Mr. Morans role as a District Environmental Health Specialist III was to enhance the quality of life in Riverside County through implementation of environmental health programs that protect public health and safety including food safety, vector control, hazardous waste handling, land use, water systems, underground storage tanks, solid waste and business emergency planning. Additionally, Mr. Moran was licensed by the State of California Respiratory Care Board as a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner adding to his knowledge of airborne contaminants and their effects on public health.
Mr. Moran is graduate of California State University, San Bernardino holding a Bachelors of Science Degree. In addition, Mr. Moran is am a member of the California Environmental Health Association, (CEHA), the American Heart Association, (AHA), and the American Lung Association. Certified trainings include the following, Homeland Security (Emergency Response), Public Health Preparedness and Response Competencies Program, Standardized Emergency Management System with The Riverside County Fire Department, National Association of Wastewater Technicians, (NAWT) specific to Underground Storage and Waste Water Systems, and a Certified and Registered Pool Operator with the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
Mr. Doyle extensive experience includes working for organizations such as Ebay, E-Trade, Merrill Lynch in analyst and specialist roles and overall 4 years of accounting experience, 3 years of monthly detailed preparation of balance sheet, PNL, Net Income, 5 years’ experience in both A/R & A/P, 4 years of performing analysis, 3 years of interpretation for management review, 4 years of ad hoc reporting and analysis, 2 years of preparing forecasting reports, 5 years of customer relations, 3 years of supervisory position, 4 years of month/quarterly/yearly end, 4 years of journal entries, 2 years of petitioning for state grants, 10 years of Excel and 1 year of QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor.
Mr. Doyle has earned a MA in Accounting from Kaplan University and a BA in economics, finance and accounting from Utah State University.
